Our export compliance matrix and the below FAQS are provided to help our customers and partners better understand how our products are classified under the U.S. Export Administration Regulations (known as the “EAR”).

All information provided here is strictly informational and a recommendation only, and should be used by you in conjunction with the EAR when classifying our products for import and export purposes.

We make no representations or warranties as to the accuracy and reliability of the classifications listed in the export compliance matrix or the FAQ. Definitions

Embargoed Countries: The countries subject to embargo/comprehensive trade sanctions or identified in Country Group E:1 or E:2 at Supp. No. 1 to 15 CFR part 740, currently: Cuba, Iran, North Korea, and Syria. See also: https://www.ecfr.gov/current/title-15/subtitle-B/chapter-VII/subchapter-C/part-740/appendix-Supplement%20No.%201%20to%20Part%20740. For many items, this also currently includes Russia and Belarus, which are sanctioned countries listed in Section 746 of the EAR.

Restricted Regions of Ukraine: These regions currently include Crimea, Donetsk People’s Republic, and Luhansk People’s Republic.
